• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 1–2 days of delivery with proof of open video.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Jewellery should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals. We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling or storage.
